Quotes & Orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information and artwork provided and may be adjusted if final specifications (size, quantity, colors, backing) change. Production begins only after you approve a digital proof.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks submitted for production. Smart Patches is not responsible for verifying third-party trademark rights on submitted designs.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote approval. Orders typically enter production once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received.
Limitation of Liability
Smart Patches' liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or product use.
